Biography

My style is compassionate yet direct—I help you identify what’s working, what’s not, and how to create meaningful change. Using Solution-Focused and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, we’ll focus on practical, strengths-based strategies that promote growth and resilience. Sessions are collaborative, often infused with humor, and always tailored to fit your life and goals. I believe healing can hold both insight and lightness, and I strive to create a space where you feel supported, understood, and empowered to move forward. When life feels overwhelming, it can be hard to find your footing. I specialize in crisis stabilization, offering immediate, compassionate support to reduce distress and restore balance. Together, we’ll focus on practical coping tools that ease the intensity of the moment while building a strong foundation for resilience and confidence. My goal is to help you regain stability and feel more equipped to navigate challenges with clarity and strength. Anxiety can make even everyday tasks feel daunting. I work with clients to manage symptoms, strengthen emotional regulation, and develop strategies that bring calm and confidence. Whether you’re facing persistent worry, panic, or stress related to life transitions, we’ll build tools that fit your unique needs and help you feel more grounded. My approach emphasizes practical skills you can use between sessions, so progress feels tangible and lasting. Together, we’ll focus on solutions that fit your life and support your goals—one step at a time.

Im not sure what is it, but this is the most Ive seen my daughter talk to anyone. Very interactive with her therapy session. I thinkn it is the fact she is learning about her anxiety and what causes it and what coping mechanism work or dont work.
