Biography

As a mental health counselor, I support children, adolescents, and young adults as they navigate emotional, behavioral, and life challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress, anger, school difficulties, and unhealthy coping. I take an empathetic, collaborative, and evidence-based approach, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) to help clients process emotions, develop coping skills, and build self-compassion. I aim to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where young clients feel heard and understood, encouraging them to discover their strengths and grow in confidence and resilience.
