Biography

Hello, I have dedicated the past 25 years to supporting children, teenagers, and adults through life’s many challenges and transitions. I am passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel truly heard, understood, and seen. My goal is to help clients develop healthy coping skills, better understand themselves, and build confidence as they navigate life’s transitions. You don’t need to have all the answers or the perfect words. Just bring yourself.

Frequently asked questions

Do you give homework or practice between sessions?

Yes, when it's helpful. I take an individualized approach to determine whether between session practice, reflection or skill-building activities would support their progress.

What does our first session look like?

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin building a comfortable ,trusting relationship. For younger clients, I use age-appropriate approaches and will involve care givers. We will discuss next steps and make sure we're a good fit to work together.
