Biography

I believe healing happens in safe, non-judgmental spaces where you feel truly heard and understood. My passion is walking alongside individuals through life's most challenging moments and I'm honored to be part of your journey. With a Master's degree in Social Work from Southeastern University and a clinical background in child welfare and trauma-informed care, I work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating but not limited to anxiety, anger management, bullying, social challenges, school difficulties, self-esteem concerns, grief and loss, stress, traumatic experiences, and major life transitions. I create a judgment-free therapeutic environment where you can safely process your experiences and feel genuinely heard and understood. I utilize evidence-based practices that honor your unique story while providing practical tools for healing and growth. Together, we'll develop meaningful coping skills, build resilience, and cultivate a stronger sense of self-worth and identity. I believe in meeting you where you are and building from your unique strengths and interests to help you uncover capabilities you may not have recognized in yourself. My goal is to partner with you in reaching your goals, developing tools that work for your life, and finding genuine joy and peace as you move forward.
