I am a licensed clinical psychologist in Delaware and APIT certified through the PsyPact commission to provide virtual psychological services across state lines to all participating states. I earned my doctorate in clinical psychology through APA accredited Immaculata University. Dr. Toni was absolutely amazing. She has given me hope as a mother for the first time in a long time that there are tools that will help me and help my daughter learn and grow. She is very patient, very thoughtful and super informative, and I highly recommend her to any parents or adults that are seeking answers to questions that have felt unanswered in their lives.
