I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with advanced training from the University of Texas at Arlington. I bring more than ten years of experience in providing comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and individualized treatment for individuals ages 6 to 65. My clinical background spans inpatient psychiatry, partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient programs (IOP), outpatient clinics, and telehealth services. Before becoming a psychiatric provider, I worked extensively in emergency nursing, which allows me to approach acute and complex situations with confidence, compassion, and clinical clarity. My treatment philosophy centers on the understanding that medication management is just one part of a much broader therapeutic process. Meaningful, lasting progress requires a holistic approach—one that incorporates cognitive and behavioral change, explores family and relational dynamics, and takes into account the environmental and social factors that shape a person’s mental health. I collaborate closely with each patient to identify what they can influence and adjust in their daily lives, empowering them to take an active role in their healing and growth. My long-term goal for every individual is to first achieve stability and then build toward sustainable improvement. Together, we set meaningful objectives and work step-by-step toward reaching them, ensuring that progress is both achievable and enduring.

I like the fact that she suggested that we should do ADHD testing and I like that she was asking him questions that were making him think a little about his answers. It was very helpful and it sparked discussion for us afterwards

Mrs. Dal was amazing at listening to our concerns and took time in understanding everything. She listened immensely and also said encouraging things to my child that made her feel scene and uplifted. Thank you Dal. Happy to have you as my child's Doctor.

We absolutely love Katie Jones. What stands out most is how she connects with my daughter on a personal level. She doesn’t treat her like just another patient. I admire how Katie takes the time to ask about her school activities, interests, and hobbies, and even remembers those details from visit to visit. It means so much to have a provider who makes my daughter feel seen, heard, and comfortable. We are so grateful.
