Biography
I am a dual-certified Pediatric & Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and have practiced in Pediatrics for more than 15 years and genuinely LOVE working with children and adolescents! I understand that children aren't just "small adults," which is why I provide specialized care tailored to each child's unique needs. Utilizing an integrative approach combined with evidence-based practice, I look beyond just treating symptoms – I advocate for my patients, by promoting "whole-child" centered care addressing mental & behavioral health challenges. I want to bridge the gap for children and adolescents and meet them where they are in their life so that they may thrive. My goal is to empower families, build relationships, and improve your child's quality of life.

The sense of relief that I got in this session was amazing. I was honestly at my wits end. I was desperate all that was left was for me to start crying and I am so grateful for the service. Katie was very knowledgeable and kind. She listened to our concerns and explained all the available options to my daughter. My daughter felt very comfortable and relieved after our first appointment. She explained multiple approaches including holistic and was very patient with us. Answered all of our questions. It’s a relief to have found someone that both my daughter and myself feel comfortable with.
