Biography
I am a warm and empathetic LCSW with a masters degree in Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington with a children and family concentration. I am passionate about helping children, families and adults navigate life's challenges including anxiety, behavior problems, depression, anger management, ADHD, grief and loss, trauma, adjustment issues, self-esteem and more. With a compassionate, client-centered approach, I will work alongside individuals and families to explore emotions, build healthy coping and communication strategies to build resilience, growth and lasting change.

I appreciate Carrie’s willingness to stick with my son with all of his distractions. I think she hit spot on with him deflecting or avoiding the question. That the questions made him feel some really big emotion, whatever that emotion is.
