Biography

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I started my education pursuing my first passion, criminology. I have a Bachelor of Science in Sociology/Criminology from the University of Oklahoma. I have a Master of Science in Criminology from Oklahoma City University. Later in life I decided to start a new journey and returned to the University of Oklahoma where I graduated with a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.  Through navigating from my own life experiences I found the passion to help and advocate for others. I believe true growth takes time and support. I have years of experience working with domestic violence victims, school aged children, and  individuals with a wide range of disabilities. I love working with adolescents, teenagers, and adults to help navigate this unpredictable world. I love working with a diverse population and learning about different cultures. When life becomes too hard I am here to guide you through it.  I allow client guided sessions to support exactly what is trivial in your life as well as using other therapeutic interventions. I feel it is important for clients to be in control and to have a say in the therapeutic process. I offer individual, family, and couples counseling with a wide range of ages.  I am an avid fan of basketball and football. I love spending time with family and friends. My faith is the rock of my foundation. Let me be your chaos coordinator. Looking forward to talking to you soon!
