Biography
Hi, I'm Taria! I help kids, teens, and families handle tough moments, big feelings, and everyday challenges. I use CBT, person‑centered therapy, and trauma‑informed care to create a space where young people feel safe, supported, and understood. In our first session, we’ll get to know each other, build rapport, and set goals together. I’m here to walk alongside my clients and make the process feel a little lighter.

Frequently asked questions
What if my child or teen won't open up to you?
It’s completely normal if your child doesn’t open up right away. I take things slowly, focus on building trust, and make sure they feel comfortable and not pressured. Once they feel safe, they usually start sharing at their own pace.
How often will you communicate with me as a parent?
I’ll keep you updated regularly while still protecting your child’s privacy. You’ll hear from me after sessions about general progress, and I’ll reach out right away if anything important comes up.
How will I know if therapy is working?
You’ll notice small changes — better coping, fewer big emotional moments, or smoother communication. I’ll also check in with you about the goals we set and share the progress I’m seeing so we can make sure therapy is helping.
