Biography

I help kids build confidence, manage emotions, and navigate life’s challenges in a way that feels natural and supportive to them. I mostly use CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) to meet each child where they are. I support concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, self-esteem, family changes, and school stress. My goal is for children to leave sessions feeling seen and supported, and for parents to feel encouraged and equipped along the way.

Frequently asked questions

What does our first session look like?

For our first session, I ask that a parent or guardian join for at least half the time so we can review background information, discuss clients needs and goals, and answer any questions. Sessions will be age‑appropriate, interactive, and focused on building skills while giving client room to talk about what they are experiencing.

How often will you communicate with me as a parent?

As we continue, I encourage family involvement when helpful, aiming for a brief parent/family check-in about twice a month. We can meet weekly if necessary with or without the client.
