Biography

I am a licensed clinical psychologist with over 20 years of experience specializing in psychological assessment and therapy. I earned my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from St. John’s University in 2004 and have worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings, providing care to individuals across the lifespan. My therapeutic approach is eclectic, grounded in empathy, non-judgment, and a strengths-based perspective. I believe in collaborating with my clients to find solutions that empower them to make meaningful and lasting changes. By creating a safe and supportive space, I help individuals explore their emotions, experiment with different coping strategies, and build a stronger sense of self-worth. My goal is to help clients recognize their strengths and discover their own unique path toward growth, self-improvement, and self-love.
