Frequently asked questions

Do you give homework or practice between sessions?

Yes, I sometimes give clients practice to work on between sessions. I will check in the following session to measure success and potential growth. It is not punitive, so there is no pressure.

What does our first session look like?

In the first session, we will discuss presenting concerns, what brings you to therapy, and treatment goals and expectations. The first session allows me to begin building rapport so we can establish a cohesive therapeutic relationship.
