Biography
I am passionate about supporting children, teens, and families as they navigate the unique challenges that come with life transitions including anxiety and depression. We experience life transitions at all ages whether it is changing schools, moving or an evolving family system navigating divorce or a blended family. These changes can bring stress, conflict, or feelings of not belonging. My goal as a child and adolescent therapist is to create a safe, encouraging space where kids and teens can explore these changes and what they mean to them while safely expressing themselves building resilience.
