Frequently asked questions
How long does therapy typically take?
Clients usually start to see progress within the first 3-5 sessions. I recommend 8-12 sessions of CBT as a protocol, however, everyone's journey is different.
What does our first session look like?
We will review symptoms, presenting problems, and background information to help formulate a diagnostic impression. During our first meeting, we will review client rights and expectations to help you better understand the therapy process.

Miranda is truly a gem! She connected with my son with ease and made their sessions interactive and engaged. Every Saturday he was excited to hop on with Miranda and complete his activities! He now uses his coping tools with confidence instead of shame!
