Biography

I help individuals struggling with anxiety, stress, life transitions, and overwhelming emotions learn how to better understand themselves and develop tools to navigate life’s challenges. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard and empowered. Working with me is collaborative and down-to-earth. We'll explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build on your strengths, and develop strategies that help you feel confident and in control of your life.
