Biography
Hello and Welcome Starting therapy is a big step, and you don’t have to do it alone. I provide a compassionate, supportive space to explore challenges, build on strengths, and create meaningful change. I work with anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationships, trauma, and stress. Using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy, we’ll work together at a pace that fits your needs and goals. I’d be honored to support your journey.

Frequently asked questions
What does our first session look like?
Our first session begins with a brief meeting with parents or guardians to discuss concerns, gather background information, and answer any questions. I then meet individually with your child to help them feel comfortable and learn about their perspective, strengths, and goals. This approach allows everyone to feel heard while creating a safe, supportive foundation for therapy.
How do you handle confidentiality with teens?
Building trust is an important part of therapy. What your teen shares with me is generally kept private so they have a safe space to be honest and open. I encourage open communication within families and, throughout treatment, I will periodically meet with parents or caregivers to gain their perspective, discuss progress, and collaborate on ways to best support your teen. If there is ever a concern about your teen's safety or someone else's, I will involve parents or caregivers right away.
