Biography

I am a compassionate and client-centered therapist with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Texas at Tyler. My work is grounded in evidence-based practices and guided by a deep respect for each client’s unique story, strengths, and cultural background. I draw from multicultural, cognitive-behavioral (CBT), emotionally focused, and solution-focused therapeutic approaches to support meaningful healing, growth, and change. I enjoy working with individuals across the lifespan, as well as couples and families from diverse and ethnic backgrounds. My approach is collaborative, warm, and supportive, with a focus on creating a safe space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. Together, we work toward strengthening emotional well-being, improving relationships, and fostering lasting personal growth.

Aaliyah Peoples was very helpful and attentive to my daughter. My daughter will certainly be continuing with her.

Miss People’s was easy to talk to. I think finally saying that sometimes I forget to take care of myself was a little challenging for me.
