Biography

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care to children, adolescents, and adults. With a clinical background spanning nursing, outpatient psychiatry, psychopharmacology, and psychotherapy, I take a personalized, whole-person approach to mental health treatment. I integrate thoughtful medication management with psychoeducation, therapeutic interventions, lifestyle considerations, and family collaboration when appropriate. I believe effective mental health care should be accessible, collaborative, and tailored to the individual rather than based on a one-size-fits-all approach. I have particular experience working with anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, mood disorders, insomnia, trauma-related concerns, and the complex relationship between mental and physical health.
