Biography

I am an empathetic mental health counselor and proud graduate of South University, where I focused on neurodiversity. I am passionate about supporting children, adolescents, and adults through life’s challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, and self-esteem concerns. My approach is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and evidence-based practices. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to take charge of their lives. My goal is to help build resilience and give strength to move forward into a fulfilling path.
