Biography
Let’s create a space where big feelings make sense and no one has to figure things out alone. I help children, teens, and parents understand behavior through a trauma-informed, attachment-focused lens. Using creative and evidence-based approaches, we work together to build emotional regulation, strengthen connection, and create a practical toolkit for life’s ups and downs.
