Biography
Clients should know that I am passionate about creating a warm and supportive space where they feel safe to share their story. I bring an empowering and solution-oriented style to therapy, helping clients build confidence and discover their inner strengths. Most importantly, I truly believe that every person has the ability to grow, heal, and thrive. I see therapy as a journey we take together, and I’d be honored to walk alongside you as you reach for the goals and the life you want. My approach is collaborative and personalized. I believe in meeting clients where they are and integrating evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and coping skills training into sessions. For children, teens, and families, I focus on emotional regulation, problem-solving, and improving communication. I also incorporate creative and engaging techniques such as grounding exercises, journaling, and even fun, age-appropriate activities to make therapy relatable and effective. Above all, I strive to empower clients by equipping them with tools that work in real-life situations.
