Biography

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who specializes in working with children and their families. I provide a safe, supportive, and developmentally appropriate environment where children can express themselves, build emotional awareness, and develop healthy coping skills. Using evidence-based approaches such as play-based interventions, cognitive-behavioral techniques, and family collaboration, I help children navigate challenges including anxiety, behavioral concerns, emotional regulation, life transitions, and trauma. I believe every child has strengths and resilience, and I work closely with caregivers to support growth both in and outside the therapy room.
