Biography
I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Supervisor with over 25 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families. I particularly enjoy working with adolescents navigating anxiety and stress related to academics and the college application process. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in culturally responsive, evidence-based care. I also provide board-approved clinical supervision and am dedicated to ethical practice, strong therapeutic relationships, and meaningful outcomes for both clients and clinicians.
