Biography

I am a warm and compassionate licensed professional counselor supervisor. I graduated from UMASS Boston in 2011 in mental health counseling. I am passionate about addressing trauma, grief and mood disorders in adolescents and adults. I often work with clients who have a chronic illness and find themselves in a perfectionist cycle. I often treat anxiety, depression, bipolar disorders along with self esteem issues. I am deeply excited about helping new counselors learn and grow in their skills to becoming competent and confident as clinicians. I provide a safe friendly environment for clients and supervisees to build their sense of self and capacity for more.
