Biography
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate supervised by Dr. Jennifer L. Ortega. I completed my undergraduate and graduate studies at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley in Rehabilitation Services and Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I work with children, teens, and adults who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, or life transitions. I believe therapy should feel like a supportive space where you can show up as you are and feel comfortable sharing your story. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. Together, we can explore what you’re going through, build healthy coping strategies, and help you feel more confident navigating everyday life. I aim to help you better understand yourself and create meaningful change at your own pace.
