Biography

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 8 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and families through life’s emotional and behavioral challenges. I am passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and engaging environment where children feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow. I work with children experiencing anxiety, depression, emotional regulation difficulties, behavioral concerns, school-related stress, self-esteem challenges, and adjustment issues. Using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), play-based interventions, and strengths-focused techniques, I tailor treatment to meet each child’s unique needs and developmental level. I believe therapy works best when children feel comfortable expressing themselves and caregivers feel supported throughout the process. I collaborate closely with families to help build healthy coping skills, improve communication, strengthen emotional resilience, and support positive growth both at home and in school. My goal is to help children develop confidence, emotional awareness, and practical tools they can carry with them long after therapy ends.
