Biography
For over 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of helping children, teens, young adults, adults, and seniors navigate life’s challenges—whether it’s trauma, school or work struggles, anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, or family conflicts. I believe in starting where you are and walking alongside you to reach your goals, using approaches that fit your unique needs. Through individual therapy, family sessions, and skills groups, I aim to help every person and family build confidence, resilience, and a sense of hope. Together, we can create positive change and help you thrive at every stage of life.
