Biography
I am a compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor Associate who graduated from Lamar University, and I am passionate about helping children, adolescents, and adults navigate life’s challenges. I provide telehealth counseling in a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can feel comfortable being themselves and talking about what truly matters to them. I understand that reaching out for help can feel difficult, and I strive to create an environment where clients feel safe, respected, and genuinely heard. I work with individuals experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, and self-esteem. My approach is collaborative and personalized, using evidence-based strategies while also focusing on each person’s unique strengths and experiences. I believe that growth happens when people feel supported and understood. My goal is to help clients build practical coping skills, gain insight, and move toward a more balanced, confident, and fulfilling life.
