Biography
I am a compassionate and caring clinical social worker who graduated from the University of Michigan with my Masters of Social Work with a specialization in Children & Families. I am passionate about working with adolescents and young adults while navigating life's challenges and managing anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, trauma symptoms and more. I utilize evidence-based practices to ensure that my clients feel heard and understood while helping them to build coping tools, self-compassion and create meaningful change in their life. My goal is to have my clients feel listened to and supported during our sessions and my hope is that they can find a path forward that they are proud of.
