Biography

Hi, I’m Robin — a licensed clinical social worker with more than 14 years of experience helping children, teens, and adults navigate life’s ups and downs. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Illinois at Chicago and have spent much of my career supporting families through complex challenges in both community and private settings. Before entering private practice, I worked for over a decade in child welfare, where I developed a deep understanding of the stressors families face and the resilience they can build with the right support. I bring that same compassion and practicality to my work today, creating a space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to grow. In our sessions, I take a collaborative approach that draws on evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and mindfulness practices. My goal is to help you develop tools for coping, improve your emotional well-being, and feel more grounded and confident in your daily life.
