Biography

Hello! I’m Jasmine Greenhouse, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I hold a B.S. in Psychology from Sam Houston State University and an M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. With eight years of experience as a public school educator, I bring a compassionate, developmentally informed, and holistic approach that integrates the mind, body, and emotional well-being of every client I serve. I utilize Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychoeducation, and play-based interventions to meet clients where they are. I specialize in working with children, teens, adolescents, and young adults (ages 7–25), as well as their families. My clinical focus includes anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, emotional dysregulation, bullying, academic pressures, grief, and major life transitions. My goal is to create a supportive, affirming space where clients can build resilience, strengthen their sense of identity, and develop the skills needed to thrive emotionally, socially, and academically. I am honored to serve individuals and families from all backgrounds and identities, including those within marginalized and LGBTQ+ communities.
