Hi there ! As a former educator turned social worker, I am passionate about helping others grow, build confidence, and recognize their strengths. I support kids and adults navigating life’s challenges through a compassionate, collaborative approach. In our first session, my focus is getting to know you, understanding your goals, and creating a safe space where you feel supported. I use CBT, DBT, Solution Focused Therapy, trauma informed care, and art therapy techniques when appropriate.
