Biography

I am a caring, supportive, and empathic therapist that enjoys providing a safe place for my clients to navigate life's challenges so they can find hope, resilience, and thrive. My passion for helping others is deeply shaped by my own lived experiences—overcoming childhood trauma that now allows me to connect with clients with compassion, empathy, and understanding. I am committed to helping people navigate concerns such as anxiety, stress, grief and loss, life transitions, behavioral challenges, and trauma. I earned my Master of Science in Counseling from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor. My therapeutic approach is grounded in warmth, collaboration, and evidence-based practices that help my clients identify their strengths and learn tools to empower them in their journey. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where my clients feel heard, supported, and empowered. Whether we are strengthening coping skills, improving communication, or fostering emotional resilience, my focus is always on the unique needs of each individual.
