I am an empathetic and compassionate therapist who specializes in helping my client's navigate life transitions and adjustment disorders. I am also passionate about helping children work through behavioral concerns and issues related to school and bullying. My most commonly used modality is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I enjoy taking a gentle approach and helping my client's explore tangible coping skills that will help them navigate the transitions and hardships that they are facing.
