I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and experienced School Counselor dedicated to helping individuals of all ages navigate life’s challenges with confidence and clarity. I have worked with children, teens, and adults from diverse backgrounds, providing support for anxiety, depression, stress, relationship concerns, and life transitions. My counseling approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each person’s unique needs. I draw from solution-focused, cognitive-behavioral, and person-centered techniques to help clients build coping skills, improve emotional awareness, and create meaningful change. As both a school counselor and therapist, I’m passionate about helping individuals strengthen their sense of self, develop healthy relationships, and find balance in their personal and professional lives.
