Biography
I am committed to creating a warm, supportive space where clients feel heard, valued, and equipped for growth and healing. The tools and resources used during our sessions will continue to support growth outside of the counseling environment. I chose this work because everyone deserves compassionate support that sees the whole person, not just a diagnosis.

Frequently asked questions
What does our first session look like?
I spend time getting to know your challenges and learning what you hope to accomplish from therapy. You learn my therapeutic approach and how I plan to help you on your healing journey.
How will I know if therapy is working?
Therapy takes time and regular sessions ensure that we are going in the direction of healing. During your treatment, a set of goals will be established. We will refer to the progress being made on those goals to check how well therapy is working out for you.
How often will you communicate with me as a parent?
Open communication with the client and their family is vital for therapy to be successful. For this reason, parents are expected to be a part of the therapeutic process on a regular basis.
