Biography

I am an empathetic mental health counselor and graduate of Ottawa University with a specialization in trauma. I am deeply passionate about supporting children, adolescents, and adults as they navigate life’s challenges, including anxiety, depression, anger management, PTSD, and self-esteem concerns. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, collaboration, solution-focused strategies, and empowerment. I strive to ensure that each client feels heard, understood, and supported throughout their healing journey. I believe in creating a safe, nonjudgmental environment where individuals can explore their emotions, develop healthy coping strategies, and build a stronger sense of self-worth. My goal is to help clients uncover their strengths, gain clarity, and create a path toward personal growth, healing, and resilience.
