Biography

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a Master of Education in Counseling and Development. My professional background includes experience as a teacher, school counselor, and therapist, allowing me to bring a well-rounded understanding of the emotional, behavioral, academic, and relational challenges individuals face throughout different stages of life. I work with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, grief and loss, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, perfectionism, relationship challenges, parenting concerns, and emotional regulation difficulties. I strive to create a supportive, collaborative, and nonjudgmental environment where individuals can explore challenges, build resilience, and develop practical coping strategies that promote lasting growth. My therapeutic approach is individualized to meet each person's unique needs. I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centered Therapy while incorporating evidence-based interventions that foster self-awareness, emotional well-being, and meaningful change. I believe therapy is a collaborative process that builds on each individual's strengths while helping them navigate life's challenges with greater confidence and clarity. I am passionate about helping people and children gain insight, strengthen healthy coping skills, and achieve personal growth in a way that aligns with their values and goals.
