For more than 15 years working in medical settings, I have learned that what people often need most is someone who will sit with them, listen without judgment, and provide support during life's most difficult moments. I bring that same compassionate presence into every therapy session. Whether I am working with a child struggling at school, a teen navigating self-harm, or an adult carrying years of stress, anxiety, or unresolved trauma, I meet each person where they are.
