Biography

I love working with children and young teens who are ready to better understand themselves and create meaningful change. I provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space to explore anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Frequently asked questions

Do you give homework or practice between sessions?

Homework is individualized based on how each child learns best and the strategies they respond to most effectively during sessions

What Does my first session look like?

Rapport building is very important to me. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where your child feels comfortable being themselves. Meeting each child where they are and adapting my approach to their individual needs is my first priority.

How do you handle confidentiality with teens?

Confidentiality, its limits, and therapy expectations will be discussed during the first session. If the child is not at risk of harming themselves or someone else, their privacy will be respected, while keeping parents/guardians informed about overall treatment progress and areas of concern as appropriate.
