My goal of care is to create a safe and welcoming space for my clients along with compassion and trust into the therapeutic relationship, to help promote healing. I have experience with working with a variety of issues including anxiety, ADHD, behavioral issues, depression, anger management, and adjustment/life changes, and I have experience collaborating with professionals on multidisciplinary teams in a variety of settings and working with individuals from diverse backgrounds. I strongly value the relationship between client and therapist and see it as a key aspect of driving growth and change.
