Biography
I am a compassionate LMHC who graduated from Sacred Heart University with an M.S. in Psychology, and from there attended the Yale Child Study Center to obtain my specialization in child/adolescent therapy! I am incredibly passionate about supporting children, and adolescents as they navigate ADHD, anxiety/depression, or have experienced trauma. I strive to create a safe environment where individuals can explore their emotions, develop coping strategies, and build a stronger sense of self-worth!

I feel like Brianna asked really good question and truly tried to understand my daughter. I believe she is going to be a really good fit! Not very ofter does that happen on the first try! I was really hesitant on doing this but I am already thinking this was a great choice!
