I was drawn to mental health counseling because I've seen how profoundly people can change when they feel safe, seen, and supported. Therapy was a space where I began to understand myself in a deeper way, and that experience stayed with me. It inspired me to walk alongside others as they navigate their own challenges. My approach is collaborative and down-to-earth. I listen, ask the right questions, and help you build tools and insight to move forward in a way that feels right for you. I use cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and EMDR to help you process unhealthy thoughts and become more aware of your emotions without being overwhelmed. We'll begin by talking about what brings you to therapy and what you're hoping to work on. Whether your goals are clear or still taking shape, we'll define what progress might look like for you. I may ask about different areas of your life to get a fuller picture of who you are and how I can help. This is a safe space where you can be your authentic self.
