Biography
I am a compassionate therapist with a graduate degree in Social Work from Western New Mexico University with a specialization in child and adolescent counseling. I am deeply passionate about supporting children, adolescents, and adults as they navigate life’s challenges, including anxiety, depression, anger management, PTSD, and self-esteem concerns. My therapeutic approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and evidence-based practices. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. Together, we work to explore emotions, develop effective coping strategies, and build a stronger sense of self-worth. I believe that every individual possesses unique strengths and the capacity for growth. My goal is to help clients gain clarity, foster resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change as they move toward personal growth and emotional well-being.
