Jamie Williams, MS RMHCI Therapist My name is Jamie Williams, a graduate of Capella University with a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Working in the mental health field for over 15 plus years, I have experiences in numerous mental health focuses which includes but not limited to outpatient services (individual, group, and family therapy). Inpatient services (acute and residential), in school therapy, and aftercare/afterschool programs. Working with kids and adults starting at the age of 2 years old, some of the techniques that I have use includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, behavioral modifications, person centered, grounding techniques, anxiety and depression techniques, ADHD and focusing techniques, and trauma informed therapy and more.
