My name is Bianca Cardenas, and I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with over 10 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and their families. I specialize in supporting young people who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, anger management, and the impact of trauma. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of walking alongside children and teens during some of their most difficult moments, helping them find healthier ways to cope, grow, and thrive.

Tristan looks forward to his sessions with Bianca and really enjoys talking to someone other than his parents and little brother. He’s always so happy after his talks. His mood changes, he looks so uplifted and happy.
