Biography

My name is Bianca Cardenas, and I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with over 10 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and their families. I specialize in supporting young people who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, anger management, and the impact of trauma. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of walking alongside children and teens during some of their most difficult moments, helping them find healthier ways to cope, grow, and thrive. My approach is client-centered and compassionate, drawing from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and mindfulness techniques.
