Welcome! As an LMHC in FL & IN with 10 years of experience in mental health, I support clients of all ages (4 to 70+), focusing primarily on youth. I provide a warm, client-centered space to help you heal. Specialties include anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and behavior challenges. Younger Kids: It looks like play! We use games and creative activities so they stay smiling while learning to cope with daily life.
