Biography
I am a compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor with experience supporting children, adolescents, and families through emotional, behavioral, academic, and life challenges. I am deeply passionate about supporting children, adolescents, and adults experiencing stress, self-esteem, and emotional regulation. My approach is warm, supportive, and solution-focused, while also helping clients gain insight into patterns that may be affecting their daily functioning. I incorporate evidence-based strategies from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), social-emotional learning, mindfulness, behavior support strategies, and strength-based approaches to help clients make meaningful progress. My goal is to help clients feel supported, understood, and empowered while developing practical tools they can use in everyday life.
